Fear and Laughing in Bogota

¡Todo los dias, malte y yo mismo vivir a fondo!

It is crazy here in Bogota, a 7 million metropolis but the atmosphere is so unhurried.
The people are leisure and so friendly. They are happy to see and help us, siempre.

We did a lot the last week in bogota,... not only party although it is a really good place for that ;-)

Here is so much stuff to see and to do, visit one of the 20 museums or go to a football game, drink a natural jugo o cafe, walk daily some hours through the city, watch people, chill out and enjoy your life. That´s what we do..... ;-)

We have had the funniest party in our life, with some older Columbian chics...

Bogota is so exciting, you will never know what happens next.

Yesterday we went to an other city 1 1/2 hour from Bogota and visited in a salt mine the biggest underground Cathedral in the world!

Today we went to the military and to the police museum, there you can follow the whole story of Pablo Escobar, he was the biggest drug boss in Columbia or in the world.

San Blas a Columbia

Hey chicas y chicos,
Tanto para relatar ! ¿Donde empezar?
It was early ... to early for Malte and me because we didn´t sleep at this night. The Jeep drove us with some other people, inter alia a chica de Italia , to the caribbean site of panama.
There we captured a sailboot to the san blas islands ;-)

After 3 days of drinking with the capitano, relaxing in the sun and snorkeling between the islands, we kept sailing to columbia for 2 more days.
The sea was really bumpy and we all tried to slepp the whole day, because of our stomach we wouldn´t chuck up ....

However the sailingtrip was a nice experience for us. We met two really nice couples who did and do the same like us ... we not anymore but they! They also drive the Panamerica but completly.
Maybe we can join in by one of them ;-)

We stayed the first days in Cartagena and hang out with Mara, the italian bambina,at playa blanca a wonderful white sand beach. Two days ago we took an overnight bus to medellin and did yesterday a kind of to much party....
Our next plan is to drive to zona cafeteria where the best cafe is in todo el mundo!
Maybe tonight maybe tomorrow we will see.

Hola ihr Lieben!

Wir haben jetzt ein Segelboeoetchen nach Columbia gebucht. Am 09.04 . geht es los ueber die San Blas island´s fuer 3 Tage und dann 2 Tage offene See bis wir Suedamerika erreichen.

Ansonsten sind wir hier in Panama City versackt... also gibt es keine grossartigen News!
Wir kennen die Stadt mittlerweile so gut wie keine andere und uns gefaellt sie ;-)
Hier herrscht dauernd eine angenehme Stimmung und alle sind immer am feiern.

Things change...

I am really sorry, that we didn't let you know what was going on the last 10 days but so many changed ....
First of all is because of our car, now.... finally we sold it today! The people in Bocas didn't want to buy it because they are stupid^^
However, the new owner are now two other Germans who want to drive back... to California!
We inspire them with our great story and arranged the deal just today.
We got more than expected --> US $ 1600 <-- :-) Now we are HAPPY but also very SAD about it.

The other news are that we will go back to Costa Rica because of two ticas!
Well, we met them in Bocas and want to stay by them in San Jose ... :-)
Tomorrow we will let you more about it but now we have to go out.

Well, one last thing ... we are since a few days in Panama City and are really surprised what kind of city it is!

Goodbye ´Little Miss Sunshine´

Hey dudes!
Only a short info,... we just sold our lovely car to a Hollander on this island!
Almost... we will meet him tonight to the fourth time. He drove the van this morning and was charmed about the car. His plan is to cut through the car and build a stretch limo out of it!

Sounds all great, but we have to import the car first. We will do it with him at monday but it´s not that easy and cheap like it sounds. No choice for us... if there are no travellers who want to buy it, we have to import it!
I am really sad... maybe we will change our mind and ship it to germany.

Boca del Toro - island hopper

Tween corals and cristal clear water... islands and white chilled beaches, there you can find us... !
We just came back from a snorkel tour around ´boca del toro´ or better the island colon.
The last few days we relaxed at different beautiful beaches and just chilled out! ^^

We hang up some sheets of paper where we offer our little miss sunshine and met yesterday the first potential buyer from the island! We met her just again, she owns a hotel and a very good restaurant on the island and has already a VW Bus.... is very interested but her husband has to decide. So the chance is not to bad... but we had to go down with the price because of the import and paper work etc.... :-(

However, we enjoy every day... it is so ... how all the americans would saw.... amazing, awesome, incredible etc... I hate how they speak but it is amazing!

The new pictures will come soon, but now we have to go to a reggae party at the beach! ;-)

Señoras y Señors let me present you Panama the exotic america.

No way but it´s true,... Panama is like the united states with latinos & latinas and an exotic climate!
We crossed the border 3 days ago and stayed the first 2 nights in David, where at the moment a big fair is! Huge with tons of people and things to do. We are sry, that we didn´t take pictures from there, but we only went there at night because of the heat and the big party ^^

The other funny thing is that the Balboa, the original currency, were detached by the american Dollar. You feel as if you are in america especially where we are at the moment. We arrived yesterday in Bocas del Toro a carribean island in front of panama. Here is the perfect chill mixture between travellers, black people, nice music and the carribean flair! ;-)
The hostels are amazing, like little resorts....
